Debaters didn’t have to travel far to represent Trinity College School at the winter tournament of the Fulford League. This term’s event was hosted virtually by the University of Toronto Schools on Saturday, January 13th.

The Fulford League, created in 1948, provides a forum for Ontario independent schools to take part in three debating competitions annually, in the fall, winter and spring terms. Representing TCS in the winter tournament were Yonge Zu and Christopher Shu at the Junior level, and Eason Fan and Hibah Tahir in the Senior competition.

It was a great afternoon of online competition for the entire team, with special congratulations to Eason and Hibah for placing fifth as a team and Hibah finishing second overall!
