Trinity College School’s Senior School track & field team kicked off the spring 2022 season at their opening meet on Wednesday, April 13th, held at York University’s indoor track facilities. These early results help the team to set a baseline for the season from which athletes and coaches can work to set goals.
Some highlights of the opening meet:
- Aeowyn Comissiong – 1st in Novice hurdles, 3rd in Novice 200m dash
- Timi Martins – 3rd in Novice 200m dash
- Andrew Richards – 3rd in Junior 1500m run
- Xyon Johnson – 2nd in Junior triple jump
- Open Girls Medley Relay – 2nd
- Junior Boys 4x200m Relay – 2nd

The athletes and coaches are now preparing for their next meet, taking place in Oshawa, which will feature some twilight events the evening of Wednesday, April 27th and continue on Thursday, April 28th.
