Plaque honours guild contributions to garden and pergola space

The Trinity College School Parents’ Guild Garden and pergola were generously donated by the guild in 2019. Located near the main entrance to the School, they have provided a welcome spot for students to meet in small groups during warmer weather. The pergola was constructed by students in the TCS Woodworking Club, under the guidance of faculty member, Mr. Ty Bailey.

Last week, prior to the Easter Break, a plaque constructed by Mr. Bailey was officially installed in the area. It was made using white ash from a tree that grew on the school campus and was felled as a result of Emerald Ash Borer in 2017.

Thank you to the guild, to Mr. Bailey and to the students who worked on this project.
