Guild takes parents on a culinary journey

Trinity College School parents escaped the cold Canadian winter with a culinary journey to warmer climes during a virtual cooking class on Tuesday, January 26th. Hosted by past parent Danielle French, the owner of South Pond Farms, and Peter St. Patrick Francis, parents learned how to make tasty empanadas.

Registration for the event included a specially curated spice kit and a jar of South Pond Farms Fire Roasted Garlic Jam, as well as a fun playlist to get participants in the Caribbean vibe.

Over the course of the lesson, parents not only learned cooking and drink-mixing tips, but also had a chance to share in some laughter and build connections across the miles. And the results were delicious.

Thank you to the TCS Parents’ Guild and our hosts for a great event!
