The Indigenous National Scholarships are merit-based and include full tuition for the duration of the recipients’ studies at Trinity College School. Each fall, the School welcomes applications from across Canada for the scholarship for the next academic year.
The Jackman Indigenous Scholarship was established at Trinity College School by Dr. Eric Jackman '53 in 1986. Dr. Jackman’s vision helped ensure that Canadian Indigenous students were consistently represented in the TCS community and it is believed to be the first dedicated scholarship of its kind at a Canadian independent school.
Building on that vision, the Price Family Indigenous Scholarship, established by Frances and Tim Price '59 in 2022, and the James Aitken Family Indigenous Scholarship, established by James Aitken '93 in 2023, are now creating new and powerful opportunities for Indigenous students to attend TCS on a full scholarship.
