History of the Hunter Scholarships
The Donald F. Hunter family has a long and distinguished history at Trinity College School spanning three generations and more than 20 family members. Donald H. The first scholarship was established in 1978 with funding from the Donald F. Hunter Foundation. The scholarship initially focused on supporting outstanding boarding students from the Cayman Islands. In 2015, the focus of the scholarship changed to supporting local, Canadian day students. In 2018, a second scholarship was funded by Jane and Donald H. Hunter ’67.
