Competition

The season starts in early November and finishes at the beginning of March. Our teams play in the Conference of Independent Schools Athletic Association (CISAA), a league made up of independent schools from across Ontario. The league currently has a 12-14 game schedule, plus playoffs. We supplement the league schedule with exhibition games as well as several tournaments each season for both the senior and junior teams.

Development

• 3-4 practices and 1-2 matches per week
• 12 league games plus playoffs; 2-3 tournaments total for each team in a season
