Competition

The season starts in early April and normally finishes at the beginning of June. Our team plays in the Conference of Independent Schools Athletic Association (CISAA), a league made up of independent schools from across Ontario. The league schedule varies annually with an average of 4-5 league games plus the championship Final Four in the third week of May.

Facilities

Ultimate Frisbee uses both Rose Glen Field or our Field Hockey all-natural grass fields in the heart of the campus.

Development

• 3-4 practices a week with one league match per week plus CISAA Finals Tournament
