Andrew graduated from Trinity College School in 2004 where he was an active member of the community. Andrew was head of Hodgetts House and helped launch the TCS MasterKey program to enhance student recruitment. Outside of these activities, Andrew’s passion was in sports where he was a member of the Bigside boys football, hockey and rugby teams. Andrew’s sister, Stephanie ’08, is also a TCS alumnus.

Andrew is currently the director of HR for Testforce Systems. Prior to leading Testforce HR, Andrew graduated from the General Electric (GE) Human Resources Leadership Program and was named one of Canada's “Top Rising Stars” by Canadian Human Resources Director magazine. Prior to GE, Andrew worked as a management consultant at Deloitte and began his career in HR with the Canadian Departments of Defence and Foreign Affairs.

Andrew holds two degrees from the University of Ottawa including a Master of Science in management and a Bachelor of Commerce. Andrew also holds the professional designation of certified human resources leader (C.H.R.L.) and is an active member of the Human Resources Professional Association.

Andrew is an active volunteer, supporting the TCS governance committee and serving as a career coach to new graduates through the online mentorship program.

Andrew currently lives in Toronto with his wife, Lindsay, and daughter, Josie.
