Nikki Hawke ’93

Nikki leads the global marketing and communications team as CMO at The Exchange Lab. She has more than 17 years of experience working with some of the most exciting brands in the world including: Showtime, Yum! (KFC, Taco Bell and Pizza Hut), General Motors, Global Television and Mike’s Hard Lemonade. A results-driven marketer with experience on both the client and agency side, she is a highly organized, collaborative and creative manager with experience across verticals including retail, financial, automotive, telecommunications and QSR (quick service restaurants). While at Global Television, Nikki set a Guinness World Record for a stunt promoting the hit series 24.

Before The Exchange Lab, Nikki was director of marketing & communications at Juice Mobile, a leading mobile marketing and technology firm. Juice won “Most Promising Digital Media Company” at the 2012 Digi Awards while she was at the helm of the marketing team.

Nikki has served on the TCS governance committee and is currently a member of the School’s advancement committee.
